Eliza Layne Ridge

Eliza has added much to her repartoire of tricks this week, including: Funny faces, Rolling over (front to back and back to front), Fake coughing for attention, Sleeping through the night again (old trick that has returned), and more giggling. This week had quite a tour of Santa Barbara. We went to the Mission to see the chalk paintings. We also went to the Old Courthouse to get Eliza's birth certificate (unfortunately, I couldn't find my camera. It was in my purse though.). We also went to Jasmine's birthday party and to Jared and Katie's for a Memorial Day BBQ.

We've had quite a week. Tinks got out and flew away when I was trying to put her in her outside cage. But, believe it or not, a day later, I found her. I heard her in a tree. I put Eliza in the stroller and went looking for her. I was calling to her and she flew to a lower tree. I climbed a wall and talked to her and she flew to a lower tree where I caught her! She is back at home now. Eliza is doing great though. We went and visited Clark and Lilly this past weekend. Eliza did amazingly on the drive back and forth from Irvine. She is huge. She loves to coo. Claron and I have the best video of her giggling uncontrollably. We will try to get it up this week.

Hellloooooo... Well Eliza still continues to grow at a clip. Uncle Clark and Aunt Lilly visited this weekend and could not get over how big she is. Sorry that there aren't more pictures this week. The battery on the camera was low and I was neglecting to charge it. Also, I started back to work for the time being; so that has been taking up my "free time." Hahhahaha... Here are the pictures.
